2. Bearing: the thickness of casting shell shall be more than 30 mm, otherwise the overall strength of the shell cannot be guaranteed, which will cause the shell to crack in the actual production and lead to the equipment scrapping.
3. Screw propeller: reasonable size is required. The material itself is not important, ordinary 45 steel is no problem, because in the work of wear is not their own, but the part of manual repair welding. When repairing screw propeller, wear-resistant welding rod with diameter greater than 4.0 shall be used for one-time completion. After the dried lime is cooled slowly, it shall be polished according to the specified size to make the surface smooth and flat.
4. Shaping cylinder: there are two requirements for shaping cylinder of charcoal machine, one is reasonable size, the other is wear resistance. During operation, the wear degree of the forming cylinder is less than that of the screw propeller, and the service life of the forming cylinder can reach about 1000 hours. In production, the degree of wear should be checked regularly. The screw can be lengthened and increased according to the wear degree to increase the pressure. If there are large pits, they should be replaced immediately. Otherwise, the quality of the rod will be poor, or it will not be able to produce the rod at all.
5. In addition to the core components, there are important components such as heating ring, electric couple, automatic rod folding system, voltmeter, ammeter and thermometer. For heating ring, stainless steel is selected, the service life is much longer than that of iron sheet, and the couple contact is required to be sensitive. The automatic rod folding system shall be simple, practical and easy to move. As for instruments, they should be purchased from professional manufacturers.
