Correct Use of Charcoal Machinery Equipment in Emergency Suspension

The suspension operation of charcoal machine equipment is a common indication of its failure and emergency. The suspension order is issued after the production failure of charcoal machine equipment. The main purpose is to avoid the expansion of fault sources in charcoal production, repair and eliminate the fault in time, so as to reduce the maintenance cost of charcoal machine. If there is a power outage (emergency) in the production process of charcoal machinery and equipment, the suspension order can also be used to timely recover the economic losses caused by power outage in the production process. Although there are some faults and emergencies in the production of charcoal machinery equipment, the following two aspects should be paid attention to before using the suspension instruction:

1. Before the charcoal machine breaks down, the breakdown point must be clear. If a single charcoal machine equipment fails, it can only suspend the operation of the equipment, without suspending the entire production line of the charcoal machine, so as to avoid affecting the normal production and operation of other charcoal machine equipment.

2. In the foreseeable case of power failure in the production of charcoal machinery and equipment, the operator should stop feeding before using the suspension instruction, and then check whether there are any signs of material storage in the equipment. If the equipment is still in the raw material processing stage, it should operate the equipment quickly, complete the raw material processing and discharging. If the raw material of the equipment is not available, it should be suspended. If the raw material of charcoal machine is suspended before it comes out, it will probably cause the phenomenon of stuffing, which will bring a lot of inconvenience to the next start-up production of the equipment.
