In structure, the energy-saving charcoal machine equipment combination equipment is composed of gasification system, dust purification system and carbonization system. How to choose is divided into three aspects:
1、 Gasification system: it is mainly composed of gasifier, cooling tower and dust collector. The selection of the system mainly depends on the size of the gasifier. How to select the raw materials for the equipment?
2、 Flue gas purification system: it consists of spray cooler, gas-liquid separator, oil-water separator, filter, high-speed centrifugal fan and other equipment. 3、 Carbonization system: it is composed of main machine of carbonization furnace and supporting facilities of feeding and discharging materials. The overall planning of equipment is four. The carbonization pipe on the first layer of the system is transported to the other end through the screw, and then enters a two-layer carbonization pipe.
