Solution conditions of exhaust gas in charcoal machine

According to the environmental protection conditions, the tail gas of the charcoal machine is solved strictly, and the following opinions are put forward on the solution conditions:
1. Cool down. The cost of this method is very high, but wood tar and wood vinegar can be obtained.
This measure requires the purchase of equipment, i.e. condensing tower and separating tank. If you want to get high-purity wood tar and wood vinegar, you need to make a big investment in equipment, which is not significant for ordinary charcoal plants. The sales of these by-products are not as large as that of mechanism carbon. However, recycling also shows the progress of the industry. If we can reduce the cost of recycling, it must be a good way to deal with it.
2. Water immersion is to sink smoke through a pool.
A water pool needs to be built near the charcoal machine, through which the smoke from the earth kiln or carbonization furnace can be led to the bottom of the pool. Due to the large specific heat of water, the wood tar and wood vinegar in the flue gas from the kiln tail will quickly condense and sink to the low water level when they walk in the pool water, and some wood gas will be discharged from the water surface, which will reduce the kiln smoke by 50%. It should be pointed out that the theory of this method is actually condensation or fusion, except for a small amount of volatile water, other parts can be frequently used. In addition, the sediment deposited into the bottom of the water shall be removed as planned with a certain technical content.
3. The pipe runs through the joint and is set out. Generally, a large chimney is set out at the point where the pipe passes through the joint and the large chimney is set out at a high altitude.
This one is convenient and cheap. In the early and late stage of carbonization, it is necessary to remove the connecting pipe between the single flue and the public flue to check the change of kiln smoke. Although the wood reduces the total amount of flue gas emitted, due to the high emission, it can reduce the interference to the surrounding environment at a very high level. It is a good reform measure and widely used by many mechanism carbon enterprises.
