We should always maintain the charcoal machine, especially the shaft and motor belt shaft, because the more stable the operation of the charcoal machine production shaft, the less power consumption of the motor; if not maintained regularly, the long-term production of charcoal chips will hinder the shaft speed, thus increasing the power consumption of the charcoal machine. The daily output of the 2-ton charcoal production line is 48-50kw. The charcoal production line with a daily output of 2 tons is of advanced type and common type. The power consumption of the advanced type is 50KW, and the power consumption of the common type is 48kW. However, two sets of equipment are used instead of all for indirect use.
